摘要:基于活塞温度场、热变形、缸套变形等参数建立某柴油机活塞组件数值模拟分析模型,研究活塞销孔偏置对活塞敲击摆动及裙部磨损的影响。结果表明:活塞销孔向主推力侧偏置时,随着偏置距离的增加,最大活塞摆角增大;活塞裙部最大接触压力和最大磨损载荷均出现增大的趋势;销孔偏置为0时最大接触压力最小,为15.45 MPa,销孔向主推力侧偏置0.3 mm时最大磨损载荷最小,为31.4 kW/m2;随着活塞销孔偏置由次推力侧过渡到主推力侧,最大接触压力和最大磨损载荷位置呈现由主推力侧向次推力侧过渡的趋势。

Abstract:Based on the actual piston temperature field, piston skirt thermal deformation and cylinder bore deformation, a finite element model of piston skirt wearing of a diesel engine is established, and the effects of piston pin hole offset on piston knocking angle and skirt wearing are studied. The results show that the maximum rocking angle of piston,the maximum contact pressure and the maximum wear load of the piston skirt rise with the increase of offset distance when the piston pin hole offset on the piston skirt main thrust side. When the offset is 0 mm, the minimum maximum contact pressure is 15.45 MPa, and when the offset on the main thrust side is 0.3 mm, the maximum wear load is 31.4 kW/m2. With the piston pin hole offset from the secondary thrust side to the main thrust side, the position of the maximum contact pressure and the maximum wear load translate from the main thrust side to the secondary thrust side.
