摘要:为解决某国六柴油车用尿素箱支架的断裂故障,利用Abaqus对该尿素箱支架进行应力分析和断口形貌电镜分析,确定支架断裂的原因为“L”形支架的长条孔、装车支架底部与“L”形支架连接处应力集中。根据受力状态进行优化,消除“L”形支架的长条孔,并加长装车支架。利用该车型实际运行路谱对优化前后的尿素箱支架进行振动试验考核,结果表明:优化后的支架未断裂且未见明显裂纹,改进方案有效。该尿素箱支架断裂故障的解决可为后处理系统的可靠性设计提供参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the fracture failure of the urea tank support for a CHINA VI diesel vehicle, the stress analysis and fracture morphology electron microscope analysis of the urea tank support are carried out based on ABAQUS. It is determined that the fracture reason of the support is the stress concentration at the connection between the bottom of the loading support and the "L" support. Thus the long hole of the "L" shaped support is eliminated, and the loading support is extended. The vibration test of the urea tank support before and after optimization are carried out by using the road operation map of the vehicle. The test results show that the optimized support had no obvious cracks. The solution of the fracture fault of the urea tank support could provide a reference for the reliability design of subsequent products.
