摘要:针对某水泥搅拌车空调压缩机故障,提出解决思路。通过NVH试验及LMS Test.lab振动试验方法,确定故障源为空调压缩机振动异常,振动主要集中在空调压缩机对应的谐次,且随转速的增高,振动成倍增大。通过更换动平衡较好的空调压缩机,系统整体振动得到明显改善。采用CAE仿真分析方法,对系统强度进行仿真及优化,提升系统模态的稳定性,通过试验及长时间的运行验证,证实方案可行,能够提高空调系统运转的可靠性。

Abstract:In this paper, the solution of this fault is put forward according
to the failure of the air conditioner compressor in a cement mixer truck.
Through the test method of LMS Test.lab and NVH test, determined the source of
failure is air conditioner compressor abnormal vibration, vibration mainly
concentrated in the resonance frequency of the air conditioning compressor, and
vibration increased as speed increased. By replacing it with a dynamic balance
better air conditioner compressor, dramatically improved the system. Simulation
and optimization with CAE method, optimized the system modal. Subsequent
experiments and long time operation, confirmed the feasibility of the scheme,
thus improving the reliability of the air conditioning system operation.
