摘要:北京地区在2014年正式实施京五车载法法规,包括整车道路功基窗口法和整车转毂NTE法两个计算方法,该法规的实施使得发动机和整车的结合更加紧密。为了应对京五车载法法规,从整车方面理论分析了出现NTE事件的主要区域和影响排放的因素,同时针对不同车辆总重,变速箱,后桥速比和轮胎规格的同一车型单一因子的变化进行试验验证。研究表明,NTE事件出现的主要区域集中在1200-1300s和1400-1700s,车型GVW对整车转毂NTE法排放结果的影响最大,该研究对主机厂车型开发和申报公告提供一定参考。

Abstract:Beijing
district has implemented the PEMS regulation from 2014 which made the
combination between engine and vehicle manufacture more closely. The regulation
includes Work-based window method and No-To-Exceed method. We analyzed the main
areas from vehicle aspect where active NTE event and factors which affected the
emissions to meet the regulation. At the same time, we launched the experiment
validation on the same model of the single factor, including gross vehicle
weight, gearbox, rear axle ratio and tire. The research stated that the main
area of active NTE event was 1200-1300s and 1400-1700s and the largest
influence factor on the NTE emissions was vehicle GVW. This research also
provides supports for OEM model development and declaration.
