摘要:本文通过对一款增压汽油机进行早燃专项耐久测试,对早燃次数、早燃发生的气缸和早燃发生时的气缸最大爆发压力等进行记录,试验结束后对活塞进行了检测分析,结果表明:发动机在试验过程中出现了614次早燃现象,发动机状态保持良好,未损坏,说明发动机零部件对早燃具有较强的抵抗性,车辆没有损坏风险。

Abstract: An engine durability test focused on low speed pre-ignition is presented in this paper. The test wasis performed based on a supercharged spark ignition engine. The Nnumber of pre-ignition times, the cylinder number where pre-ignition happened and the max pressure during the pre-ignition are were recorded in this test. After the test, a comprehensive measurement of the piston iwas carried out. The test result indicateds that during the whole test, 614 times pre-ignition happened but the state of the engine still stayremains well, none of thewithout components are being damaged. It means suggested that the engine components have can stand high anti- pre-ignition property. They are were not in risk when the vehicle wais operating under normal conditions.
