摘要:本文介绍了WHTC排放测试循环的背景,以一台3.8L柴油机为试验样机,对其运行WHTC循环以及现行国标GB17691-2005中的欧洲瞬态排放测试循环(ETC)的试验工况进行了对比分析,通过对测试工况的转速、扭矩分布状况,后处理排气温度分析,来为排放控制策略的制定探索可行的方向。本文基于试验样机对进气节流、排气节流,从进排气的方面措施对发动机排气温度的影响进行分析。

Abstract:In this paper, the background of the WHTC emission test cycle was introduced, and a 3.8L diesel engine was tested to compare and analyse the WHTC cycle and the European Transient emission test Cycle (ETC) of the current GB17691-2005 in China. Through the analysis of the engine rotational speed, torque distribution and post - treatment exhaust temperature, the feasible direction of the emission control strategy was provided. The effects of intake throttle and exhaust throttle on the engine exhaust temperature were analyzed.
