摘要:自然吸气发动机进气歧管普遍采用可变进气技术。可变进气技术中长短气道切换结构容易发出敲击声响,影响用户感知。本文通过台架验证及振动测试确定异响来源,探明了异响产生机理。给出了设计优化方案并对方案进行异响及振动测试验证,优化控制方案消除了进气歧管敲击异响。

Abstract: Variable intake manifold technology is widely used in the intake manifold of naturally aspirated engines. It is easy to make an aAbnormal sound by the switch structure between long and short airways was commonly noticed switch structure. This can negatively affect Tthe customer driving experiencefeeling is seriously affected by abnormal sound. In this paper, Tthe source of the abnormal sound source iswas detectedrmined through the engine bench test and vibration test,and the mechanism of the abnormal sound was provedproven. The Ddesign was optimisedzation is given and verified through the abnormal sound test and vibration test. The optimization optimisation program can eliminate the abnormal sound of the intake manifold.
