摘要:活塞销向主推力面方向偏置能够缓解活塞换向过程中的敲击噪声,本文通过建立活塞的有限元模型,在配缸间隙一定的条件下,运用AVL Excite软件对不同活塞销偏置方案进行仿真计算,得出当活塞销偏主推力面0.80~0.85mm时,活塞动能变化率最小,且对柴油机其他性能影响较小,最后通过在柴油机上进行试验验证,得出结论:当活塞销偏置量为-0.80mm时,相较于原机,优化后的柴油机摩擦损失功变化较小,且活塞敲击噪声改善明显。

Abstract:The piston pin and center offset to the bearing surface can reduce the noise of piston slapping during the piston the movement direction change. In this paper, a finite element model of a piston was developed in AVL Excite software. The different piston pin offsets were investigated at a constant piston-cylinder clearance. The simulation results suggested that when the offset of piston pin to the thrust side (TS) was in between 0.80mmand0.85mm, the rate of kinetic energy change of piston was minimum, and the effect on the engine performance was low. After experimental validation on a diesel engine, the conclusion can be drawn that when the offset is-0.80mm, noise reduction was notable and the friction loss was small.
