摘要:三缸柴油机平衡是整机品质的重要表现,同系列的三缸机比四缸机的振动要大。通过对三缸柴油机的曲轴平衡块、曲轴皮带轮、飞轮的综合不平衡质量大小对振动的影响的研究,发现当设置适当的综合不平衡质量对降低三缸柴油机振动有明显效果。本文介绍了对3B2型三缸柴油机的综合不平衡量优化后达到降低整机振动目的。

Abstract: Engine balance is an important factor when evaluating the overall quality of three-cylinder diesel engine. Compared to four-cylinder engine from the same series, three-cylinder engine has larger vibration. By analyzing the effect of the total unbalanced mass, contributed by the crankshaft balance block, crankshaft pulley and flywheel, on vibration, it is found that the vibration of three-cylinder diesel engine can be reduced effectively by adopting proper total unbalanced mass. This paper shows how the vibration of 3B2 three-cylinder diesel engine is reduced by optimizing the total unbalanced mass.
