摘要:本文主要介绍了V128柴油机匹配高压共轨系统的过程，从产品开发目标、市场竞争力、经济性、未来升级空间进行方案总体设计、燃油供给系统可靠性验证以及整机性能试验等多方面论证。通过对V128柴油机燃油供给系统的改造升级，最终使其达到非道路国三阶段排放要求。

Abstract: This paper mainly describes how a high pressure common rail fuel system is matched to V128 diesel engine, including the development goal, market competitiveness, economy, overall design to protect for future upgrade, fuel supply system reliability verification testing and overall engine performance verification testing, etc. With the upgraded fuel supply system, V128 diesel engine successfully meets the non-road National III emissions standard.
