摘要:本文分析了小缸径风冷单缸柴油机现状,在国家越来越严的排放法规面前所面临的升级换代的压力,为达到排放法规要求,对186F风冷柴油发动机进行燃油系统的升级换代,进行电控单体泵系统的选型与匹配,根据具体发动机参数对电控喷油泵喷油规律、气隙、升程、回位弹簧力、进回油压力等各参数进行计算并优化比较,通过试验得出符合要求的最佳组合。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the current situation of small aircooled single cylinder diesel engine, facing in front of the state more and more stringent emission regulations of the upgrading of the pressure, in order to achieve the emission regulations of 186F aircooled diesel engine fuel system upgrade, by selecting and matching of the electronic unit pump system, according to the specific parameters of the engine the calculation of the electric fuel injection pump fuel injection law, air gap, lift, return spring force,back into the oil pressure parameters and optimization, through experiments with the best combination of requirements.
