摘要:柴油废气重整是将柴油机废气和水蒸气以及柴油蒸汽在高温低压的条件下发生催化反应生成富氢混合气的过程。本文利用CHEMKIN软件建立柴油废气重整化学动力学模型,利用正庚烷代替柴油成分,模拟研究了重整过程的正庚烷的消耗情况和氢气生成情况,通过敏感性分析和生成速率分析得出对正庚烷和氢气反应影响较大的基元反应和典型消耗/生成路径以及适宜反应的温度条件。

Abstract: The reform of diesel exhaust is the process that the diesel engine exhaust gas and water vapor and diesel oil under the condition of high temperature and low pressure steam catalytic reaction generated hydrogen and carbon monoxide. In this paper, we use CHEMKIN to establish the model of diesel exhaust reforming chemical kinetics. Use the C7H16 instead of diesel, study the consumption of C7H16 and the production of H2 during the process of reforming. Recognize the elementary reactions which affect the production of H2 through the sensitivity analysis, get the consumption/production paths of C7H16 and H2. Find out the suitable reaction temperature through ROP analysis.
