摘要:现有的二冲程缸内可视化方法是安置内窥镜方式,存在着观测视角小,喷雾时光线暗、不能清楚地观察喷雾和燃烧过程等缺点。本文介绍了一种基于二冲程直喷发动机的可视化装置,本装置采用激光诱导荧光法(PLIF)对发动机燃烧室进行观察。依据模型对发动机的气缸盖、气缸、活塞、工作系统进行了设计,将气缸盖的排气口改装成直喷喷油嘴,排气口开在气缸壁上,更改进气门凸轮机构使之配合二冲程排气口,活塞加长且开有镂空长槽,安置45°反光镜。可视化工作系统包括光学发动机,喷油系统,控制系统,拍照系统,激光器。加工安装形成发动机可视化装置,然后对燃料的喷雾燃烧进行观察。

Abstract: Existing visualization mode of two-stroke cylinder is placed endoscopic ,which has some shortcoming,such as small observation perspective, dim light,the spray and combustion processes can not be clearly observed .Based visualization system this paper presents a two-stroke DI engine, the device uses Planar Laser-induced Fluorescence (PLIF) to observe the combustion chamber of the engine. Based on the model of the cylinder head, cylinder, piston, working system of the engine is designed, Direct injection nozzle will replace the cylinder head exhaust port, There's an exhaust ports on the cylinder wall, valve cam mechanism was improved in keeping with the two-stroke exhaust port, extending pistons and opened a hollow elongated slot, placing 45 ° mirror.Visualization working system includes an optical engine, fuel injection system, control system, camera system, laser. Processing installation engine visualization means are formed, and then observed the combustion of the fuel spray.
