摘要:针对某国V柴油机冷却系统设计要求,对匹配该机型的冷却水泵进行设计,首先根据冷却系统散热量确定冷却液需求量,即水泵的设计流量,以该流量为冷却系统一维模型边界进一步确定水泵设计扬程,确定水泵流量及扬程后对水泵进行选型,然后进行发动机台架试验并对水泵进行CFD分析,确定水泵叶轮发生气蚀破坏的原因,最后针对水泵气蚀原因对水泵结构进行优化设计并对优化后的水泵结构再次进行CFD分析,并对水泵样件进行试验验证,验证水泵优化效果。

Abstract:A pump for
the state V diesel engine is designed to match with the cooling system. The
objective of the water pump design can be confirmed based on cooling system. In
order to find the reason that causes cavitation on pump blades, the engine
experiment and the water pump CFD analysis are carried out. After that, the
optimization design of water pump is made based on CFD analysis and experiment,
and finally the effects of optimization were validated.
