摘要:通过TPR56FV型可变几何涡轮增压器与12V265A型柴油机配套,研究了可变几何涡轮增压对改善柴油机部分负荷性能、拓宽柴油机环境应用条件以及降低增压器额定应用转速的影响。配机试验结果表明,通过调节可变几何涡轮(即调节喷嘴环开度),可大幅提升柴油机部分负荷负载率、明显改善环境应用条件对柴油机应用的限制、有效降低增压器额定应用转速。

Abstract: By matching the 12V265A
diesel engine with the TPR56FV-VTG turbocharger, the research investigated the
effects of VTG on the diesel engine performance at partial load, the
universality of environmental conditions of engine application and the reduction
of turbocharger rated speed .The matching test results showed that the adjusting
of VTG-a nozzle ring opening significantly raised the partial load rate of the
diesel engine and improved the environmental limitation conditions to engine
applications and obviously reduced the rated speed of the turbocharger.
