摘要:本文采用一维和三维联合仿真的方法,分析了某静音机组的冷却系统性能。利用计算流体力学(CFD)软件Fluent计算分析了机组内的流场及压力分布,针对流场分布情况,提出改进意见。然后基于三维计算结果,利用KULI软件对冷却系统一维仿真模型进行标定,计算与试验结果相比,误差较小,验证了模型的有效性。在此基础上,提出了多种改进方案来提高静音机组的冷却能力。分析结果表明,采用改进后的结构改善了冷却系统的性能,使发动机许用环境温度提高了12.5℃。

Abstract:In this paper, the one-dimensional and three-dimensional co-simulation methods were used to analyze the performance of cooling system of a soundproof genset. The flow field and pressure distribution within the genset were calculated using CFD software Fluent. According to the distribution of the flow field, some improvement methods were proposed. Then, Being based on three-dimensional calculation results, the cooling unified dimensional simulation model was calibrated by KULI software. Compared with test results, simulation results had small error, verifying the validity of the modeling. On this basis, we proposed a variety of improvement programs to increase the cooling capacity of the soundproof genset. The results showed that the limit ambient temperature had been increased by12.5℃because of the improved structure, thereby improving the performance of the cooling system.
