摘要:气体机缸内数值模拟计算是研究、分析、预测和提高气体机性能的一种有效计算方法,本文以12V190天然气发动机(缸外预混)为研究对象,以气体机缸内工作过程的物理模型为基础,用微分方程对发动机压缩-燃烧-膨胀的三个工作过程进行零维模型数学描述,并以VB语言编制计算程序,用计算机数值求解这些微分方程,以求得缸外预混天然气发动机缸内压力、温度、容积随曲轴转角的变化规律。经12V190天然气发动机试验测试,模拟计算数值与实测数值基本吻合,这表明利用该模拟计算程序可以预测出特定参数下发动机缸内压力、温度随曲轴变化的值,并可通过该软件研究结构参数(压缩比、配气定时等)对缸内压力、温度的影响,并寻求最佳的结构参数值。

Abstract: The Numerical simulation is an effective way to study, analyze, predict and improve the gas engine performance. This paper on the 12V natural gas engine (Mixture premixes outside cylinders) did a mathematical description on a single-zone model to three engine working processes of compression-combustion-expansion by using differential equations and obtains the rule that the pressure, temperature and volume in cylinders vary with the crankshaft angle by using VB program. The experimental tests on the 12V190 natural gas engine shows that simulated value agrees with the measured values, indicating that the simulated program may predict the values of pressure and temperature in engine cylinders changing with the crankshaft angles. With the software, the effect of structural parameters (e.g. compression ratio, valve timing) are studied, obtaining the optimal structural parameters.
