摘要:新鲜进气量测量是EGR闭环控制的关键。本文采用氧传感器测量排气氧浓度并结合喷油量计算新鲜进气量。分别在柴油机稳态和瞬态工况对该方法进行验证,结果表明:在稳态工况下,新鲜进气量测量结果能够满足需求;但是瞬态工况变化起始阶段存在短暂的跟随性不足。

Abstract:Mass flow measurement of flesh air is key to EGR valve closed-loop-control. Mass flow of flesh air was estimated through measured oxygen concentration and Injected fuel quantity in this paper. The method was testified under both steady and transient condition. It is shown that the estimation of flesh air mass flow can meet the demand in steady state, but the response is not quick enough in the beginning of transient driving cycle.
