摘要:常见的有限元分析思路,大多是孤立出结构的某个关键零件,然后对该零件进行分析判断是否达到要求但在新产品的设计中,如果没有相关经验和使用数据,则难以准确判断出整体结构的累积形变和薄弱部位,若对于每个零件都进行分析又不实际。本文设计开发了与三台机组配套的集装箱式发电机房:利用三维软件SolidWorks进行主体结构建模,并应用Ansys Workbench软件对机房主体模型进行强度模拟分析校验,找出了应力及变形较大的部位,重点进行了结构强化,保证集装箱机组的整体吊装安全,为类似机房结构强度的分析提供一定的参考价值。

Abstract: In general, Finite Element Method depends on some key parts independent from its main structure to analyze and judge if this part meets the desired requirements. When a new product is being designed, it is difficult to accurately know how the whole structure is changed and which part is weak, but doing analysis to each part is not practical. This paper designed and developed a type of enclosure for three generator sets; built the modeling of the main structure with SolidWorks and did simulation, analysis and verification of strength, obtaining the sites in which big stress and deformation occurred. These sites are strengthened in structure, ensuring that the enclosed generator sets could be lifted safely. A valuable reference is provided to analyze the structural strength of the similar genset enclosures.
