摘要: 本文将通过Lotus Engine Simulation软件模拟计算发动机的热力过程,并对发动机进行进行优化设计。通过调整相关变量以提高功率和扭矩值,使其峰值向低转速方向移动。综合优化后,提高了发动机的最大rpm矩和最大功率,提升中低转速扭矩的同时,降低了燃油消耗率。

Abstract: This article simulated and calculated the thermodynamic process of the engine with Lotus Engine Simulation software, and did optimized designs to engines. The relevant variables were adjusted in order to improve power and torque value. The optimization increased the maximum power and the maximum torque/rpm. When torque at middle and low speeds rose, the fuel consumption rate got lower.
