摘要:对一小型蒸发式车用燃油加热器,做了原机燃烧室径向进气和改型旋流进气模拟计算及台架对比试验。通过对若干种旋流进气几何参数组合的模拟计算和性能试验,其结果表明,设计合理的旋流进气,对于消除燃烧室内流动死区、减少积炭的生成及改善燃烧是有效的,且工艺简单易行。

Abstract: This paper did bench contrast experiments and calculated simulation models on the original radial inlet combustion chamber and the swirling inlet combustion chamber of mini-type evaporative fuel heaters for vehicles. Basing on numerical simulation and performance experiments on the combinations of several geometrical parameters on swirling inlet, the results indicated that the reasonable swirling inlet, which was easily processed, was effective for eliminating the flow dead zone in the combustion chamber, reducing carbon deposition and improving combustion.
