摘要:柴油车自由加速烟度控制是柴油车排放控制的重要组成部分。《GB3847-2005车用压燃式发动机和压燃式发动机汽车排气烟度排放限值及测量方法》要求柴油车均要通过自由加速烟度测试。本文探讨的柴油车自由加速烟度控制方法是通过标定不同发动机工况下的烟度限制MAP图,限制发动机在相应工况下的喷油量而控制柴油车的烟度。经过标定后,车辆的自由加速烟度测试合格。由于烟度控制方法中考虑了车辆行驶的因素和不同车辆使用的环境条件,因此它还适用于车辆在不用使用环境下的烟度控制。

Abstract: Exhaust control to Diesel vehicles under free acceleration is one of the important parts to reduce diesel engine emissions. Exhaust tests under free acceleration are required by the GB3847-2005 Limits and measurement methods for exhaust smoke from C.I.E.(Compression Ignition Engine) and vehicle equipped with C.I.E. requirements of diesel vehicles. This paper discussed the exhaust control method for diesel vehicles under free acceleration through MAP, which limit fuel injection to the engine under relative conditions to control diesel exhaust. After calibration, the vehicle exhaust test is qualified under free acceleration. These factors including vehicle driving and environmental conditions have been considered in this method for exhaust control, therefore, it can also be applied to control vehicle exhaust as the vehicles work under different conditions.
