摘要:本文简介了6240ZC型柴油机锻钢曲轴的设计过程,包含了曲轴材料,结构型式,毛坯制造方法以及强化工艺等设计参数的选择,并核算了曲轴强度,扭转振动和轴承等曲轴设计的关键计算,以校核锻钢曲轴的设计合理性。

Abstract:This paper introduces of the design of the 6240ZC steel crankshaft, involving in the selection of design parameters such as crankshaft material structural style, roughcast manufacturing method and intension processes, and does key calculations on crank strength, torsion vibration and bearing in order to check if the steel crankshaft has been reasonably designed.
