摘要:本文介绍了声强法进行声源定位的原理及优点,根据p—p型声强法利用丹麦B&K 3560C噪声测试系统对5吨轮式装载机进行机外辐射噪声测量,按照扫描法获取整机表面一定距离内的多点噪声声强。通过分析测量的声强频谱以及等声强曲线、三维声强分布图等,定位装载机的主要噪声源。按照能量排序,定位得出主要声源为发动机、变速箱、冷却风扇及机械振动等。以此为装载机的降噪研究提供重要依据,也对提升装载机整车的工作品质有着重要意义。

Abstract: In this paper we introduce the principle and advantages of the sound intensity method for sound identification. The radiation noise measurement was made for 5 ton wheel loader according to the p - p type sound intensity method with Denmark B&K 3560c noise test system. The sound intensity of the surface within a certain distance can be obtained by using the scanning method. Through the analysis of the sound intensity spectrum and the sound intensity curve, the main noise sources of the loader can be identified. We conclude that the main sources are produced from the engine, the gearbox, the cooling fan as well as mechanical vibration according to the energy sorting. The noise study provides important basis to reduce loader noise, presenting its important significance in promoting the working quality of loader.
