摘要:16V190燃气发动机高低温循环冷却水热负荷占燃料能量的25%左右,传统的开式冷却塔和风扇散热器在使用中投资大,能耗高,冷却水散失严重。基于自控温的V型多风扇散热器可有效避免以上问题。该散热器换热芯子组采用V型夹角布置,顶置冷却风机。散热器控制系统可根据内燃机组功率和热负荷的变换,实时控制参与散热的风扇数量,在实现节能的基础上有效的确保了高温水和低温水的散热,保证了内燃机组在不同功率段的运行稳定。

Abstract:In 16V190 gas engines, the heat load of high temperature cooling water circulation consumes fuel energy amounting for about 25%. Traditional open-type cooling towers and fan radiators have these disadvantages of high investment, high energy consumption and heavy cooling water loss. The V-type and multi-fan Radiator is based on the automatic temperature control, overcoming the above problems. In this radiator, the heat exchanger elements are arranged at a V angle and cooling fans are installed on its top. The control system for the radiator operates according to the generator set power and heat load, controlling radiator fans to run or not. The application of this radiator reliably radiate heats from the high temperature and low temperature water circulation and ensures the engine-driven generator set runs stably in different powers.
