摘要:为了解某柴油机各缸EGR率分布均匀性,本文首先应用一维AVL_BOOST软件得到三维CFD计算的边界数据,然后通过三维AVL_FIRE软件计算得出进气歧管及EGR管路的气体流场。计算发现第二缸和第四缸的EGR率差异性超出JAC经验指标,继而提出改善进气均匀性的优化方案。通过计算验证,最终方案二满足经验指标。

Abstract: In order to know EGR distribution uniformity in each cylinder of a four- cylinder diesel engine, this paper calculated the boundary data for 3D CFD by AVL_BOOST firstly, and then used AVL_FIRE to calculate flow distribution of the intake manifold and EGR pipe. The results indicated that EGR deviation in the second cylinder and the fourth cylinder were beyond the JAC experience norm, and then two optimization proposals for improving inflow uniformity were present. Finally, the second proposal was proved to meet experience norm by CFD calculation.
