摘要:本文通过CFD软件FIRE对某发动机的冷却水套模型进行了三维数值模拟,得到了水套流场的压力场分布以及速度场分布。通过对两种方案进行对比,发现方案二的压力损失更低,且流速更快,其散热效果更好,因此选择方案二作为最终方案。

Abstract: On the basis of analysis of the
temperature effect on elastic modulus and structural modal,a modal analysis
method for an engine exhaust manifold assembly was proposed,depending on
temperature field distribution.First,the heat transfer analysis to get
temperature field distribution was carried out,then the modal shape and
frequency of assembly based on temperature field distribution was
calculated.Aiming at an exhaust manifold assembly of a turbocharged
engine,three Modal Analysis methods were carried out,involving in setting value
of elastic modulus at certain temperature,temperature field
distribution,ignorance of temperature influence.The results indicated that
modal analysis method on the basis of temperature field distribution can better
reflect the modal shape and the frequency of exhaust manifold assembly at high
temperature conditions.
