摘要:本文针对轴承润滑的不同计算模型进行了比较,由简单到复杂,对曲轴轴承的润滑特性进行了仿真分析。具体仿真模型包括Holland和Butenschoen传统方法以及基于动力学(HD)、弹塑性动力学(EHD)、热弹塑性动力学(TEHD)润滑理论的数学模型。文中以单一曲轴主轴承为研究对象,对轴承润滑参数进行比较分析,包含:油膜压力峰值(POFP)、最小油膜厚度(MOFT)和机油流量,以及计算时间的比较。

Abstract: The paper makes the comparison
subject to different models from simple to complex,and gives simulation
analysis on lubrication performance in crankshaft bearings.The variety of
simulation models covers classical methods like Holland,Butenschoen and
numerical methods based on the Hydrodynamic(HD),Elasto-hydrodynamic(EHD) as
well as Thermo-elasto-hydrodynamic(TEHD) lubrication theory.In the
paper,lubricating performance is analyzed and compared on the basis of single
crankshaft bearing including Peak Oil Film Pressure(POFP),Min.Oil Film
Thickness(MOFT) and oil flow and comparison of Calculation time.
