摘要:本文利用AVL Boost软件对BL12V190ZL型柴油机进行了基于一维气体动力特性的工作循环和气体交换过程仿真,对供油提前角、进排气门正时、增压系统、排气管直径做了优化计算,并对不同转速下发动机性能进行了预测。

Abstract: This paper states the simulation
of BL12V190ZL diesel engine on its working cycle and the gas exchange process
based on one-dimension dynamic characteristics through AVL Boost
software,conducts the optimized calculation on oil supply advanced angle,intake
and exhaust valve timing,turbocharging system and the diameter of exhaust
pipes,and finally gives the prediction of the engine performance at different
engine speeds.
