摘要:本文主要论述如何通过模拟分析来提高活塞的使用寿命。首先从理论上阐述了稳态分析和瞬态分析对活塞寿命预测的不同。稳态分析采用了不同的活塞设计方案和同样的稳定边界条件,得到各个方案活塞的使用寿命;而瞬态分析则模拟发动机进行变负载运行时,在高周和低周疲劳循环的作用下,活塞受到应力冲击出现疲劳,从而得到活塞的使用寿命。最后,通过改进活塞设计参数及材料的几个分析实例,对比不同设计方案的活塞寿命,说明了通过模拟分析可以提高活塞的耐久性、缩短活塞的开发时间。

Abstract: The paper discusses how to
improve the service life of piston.Firstly,it is to discuss the differences on
service life prediction by the analytical techniques including the steady state
analysis and the transient analysis.The service life is adopted by the steady
state analysis by several piston design proposal and the same constant boundary
conditions.The transient analysis simulated the condition when the engine
operated on variable load.Finally,comparison of piston service life in several
design plans are presented.It's proved that the application of simulation may
improve durability and reduce development time.
