摘要:随着点燃式发动机热负荷和机械负荷的不断增长,活塞顶环槽容易出现严重磨损。研究发现有几种因素影响着活塞环槽磨损,例如活塞环表面粗糙度和硬度等,但是主要影响因素是活塞环槽侧面和活塞环侧面的干摩擦接触。分别从活塞和活塞环的角度提出了降低环槽磨损的措施。经过几种方案的试验,结果表明,采用过共晶铝硅合金活塞,环槽为碟形槽,活塞环为圆角处理的扭曲气体渗氮钢环,可有效降低环槽的非正常磨损。

Abstract: With increase of thermal and
mechanical load,some SI engines may present excessive wear on the piston top
groove.Several have been found out to have influence on the groove
wear,e.g.,roughness and hardness in ring side face.But the main influence is
because of the aggressive contact face between groove flank and ring side
face.The method was proposed to reduce groove wear.Experimental results of
engines on groove wear indicates that groove wear was reduced effectively if
the piston is made of hypereutectic Al-Si alloy with butterfly groove and
mounted with tumbling twisted GNS rings.
