摘要:本文对三款柴油机在标定工况下的进气压缩过程进行了瞬态数值模拟研究,并对该过程中各个时刻燃烧室内湍流运动通过无量纲参数瞬态湍流比进行分析。研究发现,压缩终了时燃烧室内的湍流运动强弱,主要由进气冲程中期所能达到的最高湍流运动强度决定。通过对无量纲参数湍流梯度分布半径比RS(radius scale)的分析可以发现,压缩终了过程中RS不随时间变化。

Abstract: The transient simulation
calculation during intake and compression stroke of rated condition is
conducted in this paper.The turbulence motion in combustion chamber at any time
during intake and compression stroke is analyzed by the transient turbulence
ratio which is a non-dimensional parameter.Basing on the above study,it is
found that the turbulence of the compression end in chamber is mainly
determined by the maximum turbulence motion strength during intake stroke.By
analyzing the non-dimensional parameter turbulence distribution radius scale,it
is found that the RS doesn't change during the compression end.
