摘要:为高效利用废弃燃气,开发可燃用低热值变组分的废弃燃气150kW的发电内燃机6116。在燃烧室、配气机构、增压中冷等优化设计的基础上,针对不同甲烷浓度的燃气的燃烧特性,对电控闭环混合器系统和电子调速系统进行内燃机性能优化匹配试验及分析研究。结果表明:合理匹配电控系统,优化了发电内燃机的综合性能并使得热效率和发电效率得以提高,对节能减排和废弃燃气资源化利用具有重要意义。

Abstract: In order to use the discarded
fuel gas efficiently,the 6116 gas-electric engine is advanced and it can
produce 150kW under declared working condition.With the character of lower
calorific value and variational component in the discarded fuel gas,the
combustion chamber,valve timing mechanism,turbocharger and other parts in the
engine are optimized.As the combustion characteristic of methane of different
strengths is different,the matching experiment of the mixer system and the
electronic speed governing system are carried out.According to the optimization
and experiment,the thermal efficiency and the generating efficiency are
improved.At the same time,the combination property of gas engine is
improved.These make a difference to energy saving,emission reduction and
discarded fuel gas utilization.
