摘要:使用AVL-BOOST软件和三维FIRE软件对12V190天然气发动机的对进气管路内的流场分别进行了稳态和瞬态流动特性的三维模拟计算,并模拟了进气管中间进气对进气压力波的影响。结果表明,进气管路结构对进气不均匀性的影响很小,而进气压力波相互干涉对进气不均匀性的影响较为显著,将进气改为中间进气后,进气不均匀性有了一定程度的改善。

Abstract: This paper analyzed the flow of
the intake manifold about the steady-state flow and transient flow characteristics
for the 12V190,natural gas engine and simulated effect of intake through the
middle intake manifold on the inlet pressure waves by the AVL-BOOST software
and the FIRE software.The results show that the intake manifold structure have
a small effect on intake unevenness,while the inlet pressure wave of mutual
interference on the intake unevenness are more significant.If it is modified to
keep the intake air entering into the middle intake manifold,the intake
unevenness have become better.
