摘要:瓦斯细水雾混合输送系统解决了煤矿低浓度瓦斯长距离安全输送的技术难题,但目前的低浓度瓦斯细水雾输送系统在实际应用过程中,普遍反映雷达自控水封阻火器的电磁阀易损坏且水封液位波动较大、瓦斯管道干式阻火器堵塞及失效无法检测、循环水水质较脏导致水雾发生器喷头易堵塞等问题。本文分别对上述问题产生的原因进行了分析,并提出了改进措施,以确保输送系统可靠稳定运行,保证电站及煤矿井下安全。

Abstract: A water mist blended coal
mine gas transmission System provides a technical solution for safe delivery of
coal mine gas across a long distance. In the process of on-site application,
some problems always exist. The solenoid valve that is used in the automatic
radar control and waterproof flame arrestor is damaged easily, and its water
level fluctuates greatly. Failure and blocking in the dry flame arrester for
pipeline coal gas cannot be measured. Dirty circulation water causes the
sprayer nozzles being clogged. This paper analyzes what lead to these problems,
providing measures to overcome these problems so as to insure that the
transmission system operates reliably and that a safe operation goes on in
power plants and underground mining activities.
