摘要:针对6缸船用柴油机凸轮轴设计方案,开展凸轮轴总成的扭矩校核;利用CAE仿真软件对凸轮轴总成的装配状态进行了仿真分析,找出存在设计薄弱环节的止推轴开展结构优化设计;同时并采取相应的制造工艺措施,提高凸轮轴的安全传动。

Abstract: According to the design plan
of the camshaft for a 6-cylinder marine diesel engine, the torque of the
camshaft assembly is verified. With CAE software, the assembling state of the
camshaft assembly is simulated and analyzed to find out the weak design that
appears in the thrust shaft. A related manufacturing techniques and measures
are used to improve the camshaft for safe rotation.
