摘要:高含氢燃气在传统预混合燃气发动机上应用存在着进气管回火,排气管放炮等故障,存在严重的安全问题,从而限制了燃气发动机在高含氢气体领域的应用。本文介绍了一种高含氢燃气电喷发电机组的研制与试验过程,阐述了系统的设计思想、系统原理以及主要技术特点。12V190电喷焦炉煤气机组解决了传统预混合燃气发动机上在焦炉煤气领域应用的难题。为扩展燃气内燃机在高含氢燃气应用方面提供了一套解决方案。12V190电喷焦炉煤气机组在高含氢燃气领域的应用是国内首创,在国内处于领先地位。

Abstract: The conventional pre-mixture
gas engines fueling high H2 content gas almost encounters these problems
such as back firing in intake pipes, explosion in exhaust pipes. These problems
may lead hazards and create restrictions to utilize gas engines on high H2 content
gases. This paper studies the development and test of one EFI generator set
fueling high H2 content gas and describes the design concept, principle
and main technical features of this system. This 12V190 EFI coke oven gas
generator set resolves these problems that are present in traditional pre-mixing
gas engines on coke gas, providing the solutions to spread the utilization of
gas engines on high H2 content gas. The utilization of 12V190 EFI coke
oven gas generating set on high H2 content gas is first developed and is
in leading position in China.
