摘要:进行了可变几何面积增压器(VGT)与某轻型柴油发动机的匹配试验研究。在稳态工况下,系统研究了VGT开度对EGR柴油机的性能影响规律。研究表明,通过调整VGT的叶片位置可以在保证较大空燃比的前提下实现较为理想的EGR率,从而达到降低NOx与PM的目的;合理的分配VGT叶片开度,可有效降低柴油机的油耗水平。

Abstract:This paper carried out a study on the matching of variable geometry turbocharger (VGT) with a light-duty diesel engine. In steady state, the impact of VGT opening on the performance of the diesel engine is studied systematically. Results show that ideal EGR ratio can be achieved by adjusting VGT blade position while maintaining large air-fuel ratio, leading to lower NOx and PM emissions. Properly adjusted VGT blade opening can effectively reduce fuel consumption.
