摘要:本文基于国六排放法规对汽油直喷发动机颗粒物排放的要求,针对某型车的排放开发目标,选择汽油机颗粒捕集器(GPF)后置式技术方案,并进行GPF结构设计。通过计算不同排气流量和温度下GPF结构参数与压差的相互关系,确定GPF载体壁厚和孔隙率。在转鼓试验台上进行WLTP循环的排放验证试验,结果表明,GPF的颗粒物转化效率可达78%,颗粒物数量低于排放限值30%,满足实际应用的工程目标。

Abstract: Based on the requirements of China Stage Ⅵ emission regulation for the emission of particulate matter of direct injection gasoline engines, according to emissions development goals for a certain type of vehicles, under-floor type gasoline engine particulate filter (GPF) technical scheme was selected and the GPF structure was designed. The wall thickness and porosity of the GPF carrier were determined by calculating the relationship between the structural parameters and the pressure difference at different exhaust flow rates and temperatures. The WLTP cycle emission test on a drum test bench was carried out. The results showed that the particulate matter conversion efficiency of the GPF was up to 78%, and the particulate number was lower than the emission limit by 30%. The project objectives for the practical application were met.
