摘要:针对特定区域营运的载货车,利用CAN卡数据采集设备采集了其实际运行工况下的路谱,运用Matlab软件对路谱数据中的发动机转速、扭矩、油门开度、喷油量等参数进行了分析,根据分析结果对驾驶员操作行为进行了优化,优化后整车百公里油耗降低8.7%,优化效果明显。

Abstract:This paper collects the truck’s real driving cycle by using CAN-Card data acquisition equipment, and analyzes the parameters of engine speed, engine torque, level of the throttle and fuel injection quantity by using the software Matlab. The driving behavior was modified based on the analysis results, and it can reduce fuel consumption by 8.7%. The optimization results indicate that this optimum method have an obviously optimal effect.
