摘要:柴油机排气管的受力状态较为复杂,既因为高温排气影响承受较大热应力,又因为支撑增压器等零部件而承受较大的振动载荷,所以破坏风险较大。本文对某轻型柴油机耐久试验中出现的排气管断裂故障进行了详细分析,结合仿真分析方法及材料分析方法,系统地阐述了排气管断裂的产生原因。最后提出了改进建议,并对改进方案进行了仿真和试验验证,为今后排气管的设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The exhaust pipe of a diesel has a complex force environment. Because of high temperature exhaust gas, the pipe endures high thermal stress. Because of supporting some parts, such as turbo charger, the pipe also endures high vibration load. Therefore the exhaust pipe has high risks to be damaged. This paper analyzes a fracture failure of an exhaust pipe in the duration experiment of a light duty diesel engine. With simulation analysis method and material analysis method, the reason of fracture was discussed in details. At last, this paper provides improvement suggestions, and verifies the improvement effect with simulation and durability test.
