摘要:本文通过发动机台架试验,研究了某轻中型柴油机SCR后处理效率相关的影响因素。试验结果表明:中轻型柴油机排放范围内,空速对NOx转化效率影响不大。NOx转化效率随排气温度升高而增大。当SCR入口温度达到350℃时,效率达到最大。反应速度随温度升高而升高。

Abstract: Based on engine bench test, the influencing factors on SCR efficiency of a light-medium duty diesel engine were studied. The test results show that air velocity has little effect on NOx conversion efficiency in the emission range of light-medium duty diesel engine. NOx conversion efficiency increases with the increase of exhaust temperature. When SCR inlet temperature reaches 350℃, NOx conversion efficiency reaches the maximum. The reaction rate also increases with the increase of temperature.
