摘要:针对气门落座的接触动力学问题,设计气门落座冲击试验,根据试验测得气门运动数据,分析气门与座圈之间动态接触力、相对滑移距离。结果表明气门落座是一个非线性接触的过程,在气门碰撞到座圈的时候,气门落座冲击力最大,并且随着气门落座速度的增大,气门与座圈的碰撞接触时间缩短,能量消耗加剧。

Abstract:To analyze the contact dynamics of valve seating, the simulative dynamic valve seating crash test was carried out. The dynamic contact force and the relative slip distance between the valve and the seat are analyzed using test data. The results show that valve seating is a non-linear contact process, and the impact force is maximum when the valve touches the seat. The contact time shortens and energy dissipation is exacerbated with the increase in valve seating speed.
