摘要:以某12V燃气机轴系扭转振动为分析目标,应用AVL Excite designer软件建立轴系扭振分析模型并进行计算,得到扭振振型、临界转速、自由端振幅和关键结点处剪切力等结果。通过对计算结果进行分析,重新匹配减震器并进行计算对比。分析可知,所匹配的减震器满足使用要求。轴系安全可靠,为设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:With the analysis of torsionvibration in 12V gas engines, the analysis model of torsion vibration is established and calculated by using AVL Excite designer software, obtaining these results of torsion modes, critical speeds, angular displacement and shear stress.After analyzing of the calculation results, we matches the vibration damperand do contrast by calculation. This analysis shows that the vibration damper meets requirements and thecrankshaftsystem is proved safe and reliable. The research provides a reference for other designs.
