摘要:在曲轴摩擦副试验台进行连杆轴承润滑特性试验过程中,发现轴瓦有磨损现象。本文通过AVL-excite对曲轴摩擦副试验台进行了模拟计算,对轴承进行了热弹性流体动压润滑数值模拟,得出曲轴摩擦副试验台的轴瓦磨损不是由载荷过大造成的结论。通过Fluent模拟计算试验轴油道内润滑油流动及温度分布,分析发现润滑油在油道内散热量比较大,到达轴承时润滑油温度较低,润滑油温度低是造成轴瓦磨损的主要原因。

Abstract: In the process of the experiment for studying lubrication characteristic of the crankshaft connecting rod bearing on the test bed of friction pair, we found wear phenomenon of the bearing shell. This paper has carried out the simulation calculation of the test bed through the software of AVL – excite, using TEHD to simulate the connecting rod bearing , and found that load was not the reason for the wear phenomenon . And this paper also simulates the oil flow and temperature distribution of the lubrication oil through the software of fluent , finding that the lubricating oil in the oil passage loses much heat . The temperature of the lubricating oil is low when oil reaches bearings. Therefore, low temperature is the reason causing the wear phenomenon of the bearing.
