摘要:采用ANSYS软件对某型低速柴油机连杆的装配工况进行了有限元接触分析。通过分析温升法和指定接触面偏移法模拟衬套、轴瓦过盈量的原理及计算结果,指出了温升法存在的问题以及指定接触面偏移法的优势。通过对比衬套和轴瓦与连杆体接触面不同摩擦系数对结果的影响,提出了复杂结构正确设置摩擦系数的重要性。通过对接触模拟计算结果的分析,得到了连杆组件关键部位在装配工况下的应力分布情况:衬套和轴瓦的最大应力集中于油孔处,其值分别为138MPa和161MPa;大端和小端的最大应力分别为28MPa和23.6MPa。

Abstract: The finite element contact analysis of a low speed diesel engine connecting rod assembly condition was carried out by using ANSYS software.Through analysing the principles and computing results of the temperature rising method and the specified contact surface offset method simulating bushing and bearing shell interference amount, it pointed out the problems of temperature rising method and advantages of specified contact surface offset method. Through the analysis of the simulating calculation results, the stress distribution of the key parts of the connecting rod under the assembly condition was obtained: the maximum stress of the bushing and bearing shell concentrated in the oil holes, its value was 138MPa and 161MPa respectively; the maximum stress of the big end and small end was 28MPa and 23.6MPa respectively.
