摘要:运用模拟软件针对4缸电控气道喷射汽油机的两种进气道方案分别进行了稳态模拟计算和瞬态模拟计算,通过对比分析2种结构气道的速度场、压力场、湍流场及滚流比的模拟结果,研究了2气道的流动特性差异。计算结果表明,方案二的气道结构在不同气门升程下均有较高的时流量系数,湍动能、进气压力和滚流比均较高,所以方案二是一种更优化的结构。

Abstract: The state simulation and transient simulation are studied for two intake port schemes of a four-cylinder port injection gasoline engine by simulation software. Through the comparative analysis of two intake ports simulation results of speed field, pressure field, turbulence and tumble ratio, flow characteristics differences are researched . The calculation results show that the scheme 2 has a higher flow coefficient at different valve lift, and the turbulent kinetic energy, the intake pressure and the tumble ratio are all higher than scheme 1, so the scheme 2 is the more optimized structure.
