摘要:针对某四缸气道喷射的涡轮增压汽油发动机进行缩小缸径的改型换代,通过仿真软件进行分析计算,提出发动机结构参数设计实施方案,达到发动机目标性能要求;本文基于原发动机进气歧管、正时、增压器等结构进行重新匹配优化分析计算,研究各个参数对发动机的性能影响,提出设计方案,并通过试验开发验证。

Abstract: A small bore engine was developed on a 4 cylinder turbocharged engine with port fuel injection. The design parameters meeting the performance target were defined by simulation methods. This paper focused on the optimization of the intake manifold, the valve timing system and the turbocharger as well as their effects on the engine performance. Design proposals were also analyzed and validated by the engine tests.
