摘要:进气道是发动机的主要组成部分之一,设计优劣直接影响发动机性能好坏。本文的目的是介绍在增压发动机对于进气道通过轮廓优化及座圈加工角度研究的过程,结果表明,在通过结构设计优化、CAE仿真分析对于进气流量比、滚流比、速率、气流运动、混合质量、湿壁、火花塞缺口湍流动能等方面研究发现,通过调整优化气道四维轮廓及气门座圈密封带夹角设计,选择一种最优方案。研究结果对于发动机在进气道研究开发起到重大意义,并且通过仿真分析更有效的缩短开发周期。

Abstract: Intake port is one of the main components of the engine, the design quality directly affect the engine performance is good or bad. The purpose of this article is to introduce the supercharged engine for inlet through profile optimization and seat Angle research process, the results show that through the optimization of structural design, CAE simulation analysis for The flow ratio, Tumble ratio,Velocity Magnitude ,Gas motion ,Mixing quality, andWall-Wetting,Turbulent Kinetic Energy in the Vicinity of the Spark-Plug Gapetc, the study found through adjusting and optimizing the airway four dimensional contour and the valve seat seal belt Angle design, choose a optimal solution. The results at the inlet of engine research and development have great significance, and through the simulation analysis is more effective to shorten the development cycle.
