摘要:本文以某工程机械发动机用空气滤清器为研究对象,基于Abaqus模态分析提取空气滤清器各阶模态及模态参与系数,导入Fe-safe并结合空气滤清器实际工况功率谱密度Power Spectral Density(简称PSD)曲线,进行振动疲劳分析,并与振动疲劳试验台数据进行对比,仿真结果与试验结果具有一定的吻合度,证明了仿真方法的有效性。

Abstract:In this article,an engineering mechanical engine air filter is used as this the research object, by using Abaqus modal analysis extract the various order modals and modal participation factor of the air filter, including the Power Spectral Density curve, then analysis the vibration fatigue by fe-safe. And comparing the simulation results with the experimental results,it is found that the simulation results are in agreement with the experimental results, and the validity of the simulation method is proved.
